WHITE CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES recipe

White chocolate truffles. This is a delicious dessert. This type of chocolateis even more sweet that the milk chocolate, used in other recipes. The recipe only has 4 ingredients, so everybody can prepare it easily and fast way. If you want to taste this sweet white chocolate truffles, here you have the recipe.

INGREDIENTS for 8 people

  • 9 oz of white chocolate
  • 2 oz of butter
  • 3 fl oz of sour cream
  • A bowl with some chocolate sprinkles

HOW TO MAKE THE EASY WHITE CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

Time needed: 20 minutes.

With this simple steps, you will obtain these homemade truffles:

  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath.

    In a bowl, put the chocolate in small pieces and the butter. Then let them melt in water bath. After that, stir them with a whisk until you have a homogeneous mixture.

  2. Integrate the sour cream with the mixture

    Add the sour cream to the mixture, and stir again with the whisk. When all is mixed, remove the bowl from the heat and let it cool for a minimum of 10 hours. You can put it in the fridge. In this way, you only need for about 4 hours to cool it.

  3. When the mixture is cold, make the truffles.

    With a spoon, get bite-sized portions from the bowl and place them on a plate until finish. Once you have all, with your hands make each them the shape of a ball. Reserve them on a plate.

  4. Finally, decorate the white chocolate truffles with the chocolate sprinkles.

    To give an extra flavour to this recipe, put each ball into the bowl where are the chocolate sprinkles and roll them over them. When all the truffles are covered with the sprinkles, put the truffles on a dish and serve them.

As you can see, these white chocolate truffles are prepared in about 20 minutes. If you don’t eat them immediatelly after make them, you need to place them into the fridge in order to avoid them melted. If you want, you can make a lot of truffles and reserve them for visits of friends or relatives. Store them in a closed container so that they don’t be contaminated by other odours. Enjoy them!
