  • 4 artichokes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 8 oz of flat green beans
  • 8 oz of beans
  • 1/2 cauliflower
  • 1/2 broccoli
  • 6 oz of peas
  • 6 green asparagus
  • 1 potato
  • 3 carrots
  • paprika
  • Salt and black pepper

  1. First, make the stir-fry

    Put a small splash of oil in a frying pan and warm over a medium heat. When it is hot, add the carrots in squares, the onion and the garlic well chopped. Then add a pinch of salt and another of black pepper. Let them cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until everything gets soft.

  2. Second, prepare a casserole for the mixed vegetables

    While cooking, In another casserole, pour a good amount of water. This water has to cover all the vegetables afterwards. And aggregate a handful of salt and pepper. Now bring to a boil.
