TUNA AND EGG STUFFED AVOCADO RECIPE
Tuna stuffed avocado. It is another idea to fill this fruit. You will need a few ingredients and you will have them in a few minutes. - 4 ripe avocado
- 1 lemon
- A spring onion
- 1 tomato
- 4 cans of tuna
- Salt and pepper

Time needed: 35 minutes.
It is as easy as follow the next steps
- Put the eggs into a pot with a lot of water.
Heat it until it is boiling. Then count 10 minutes. After that time, the eggs will be boiled.
- While they are cooking, prepare the rest of the recipe
Cut each avocado lengthwise. Remove the nugget and separate the pulp from the peel. Try not to break this last one. Put the pulp of all avocados in a bowl.
- Next, in that bowl, add lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Crush the mix with a fork. The pulp has to be well crushed. There can be some pieces, so that later it can be bitten.
- For the last step, add the spring onion, the tomato and the coriander well chopped.
Mix all of them and then add the tuna and the egg in a not very small pieces. Mix it again until there is a homogeneous mass. In that mass the tuna must be in large pieces, so that it bites well.
- Finally, fill the peels again with this mixture.
Then you have them ready to serve.
You can serve these tuna and egg stuffed avocado instantly or let them rest a little in the fridge. If you make them in advance, I recommend this last option.
