GRILLED TUNA LOINS WITH GARLIC AND PARSLEY

- At first, prepare the dressing
In a small bowl, put the well-chopped garlic cloves and parsley. Cover them with oil. Then, add the juice from the half of the lemon. Mix all of them with a fork and leave the mixture to repose for 10 or 15 minutes, so that the flavours are mixed.
- Cook the tuna steaks
Afterwards, in a non-stick pan add a little oil jet and warm it over high heat. When it is hot, aggregate the tuna steaks previously seasoned for their both sides. and cook them for abour 3 or 4 minutes on each side. When they are done remove them from pan and put them in a plate.
- Dressing them with garlic and parsley mixture
Finally, dressing the tuna steaks with the previous mixture. When they are all covered, they will be ready to serve and eat.
You can serve these tuna steaks accompanied with a salad. Or if you prefer, you can add some fried potatoes to these tuna steaks with garlic and parsley. Very tasty, people won´t leave anything on their dishes. You will be successful with this recipe!
