INGREDIENTS for 3 people:
- 3 medium potatoes
- 5 eggs
- 1 onion
SPANISH OMELETTE RECIPE:
1.- At first, peel and wash the potatoes. Then, chop them. It is important to cut them into small pieces so they can be cooked easily. Peel the onion too and cut it in trips.
2.- Afterward, put plenty of oil in a wide pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and the onion. Cook all ingredients and stir them with a wooden spoon.
3.- While the potatoes are cooking, smash them with the spoon until they are well cooked and mashed.
4.- Put the eggs in a bowl and beat them with a fork. Then, add the mixture of the potatoes and onion and mix well with the eggs.
5.- In another smaller pan than the previous one, put a little of oil over medium heat and add the mixture. Cook it for about 5 minutes.
