Roasted chicken recipe

Roasted chicken. It is a very easy recipe. Chicken is a very healthy meat with little fat. Also, it is very cheap food, because chicken meat is very economical. You can buy this ingredient in any supermermarket. In this recipe, we are going to see how to make a with its skin crispy.


INGREDIENTS  for 4 people:

  • A large chicken
  • Butter
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Salt and pepper


1.- At first, season the chicken and spread all entired with butter.

2.- Afterward, put the chicken outside down in baking dish and introduce it inside preheated oven, over 350ºF.

3.- Then, place in the oven for about 30 minutes until the chicken is little browned outside and raw inside. Turn it around and reinsert the chicken into the oven for about 20 minutes at the same temperature.

4.- After that, pour the water on the chicken. Raise the oven temperature at 446ºF and let cook the chicken for about 10 minutes until the chicken is roasted.

5.- Finally, remove it out from the oven, cut and serve it immediately.

In this way, you can get a meat crispy outside and meaty inside. Try it!
