ROASTED CHICKEN RECIPE:
1.- Season the chicken and spread all entired with butter.
2.- Put the chicken outside down in baking dish and introduce it inside preheated oven, over 180ºC/350ºF.
3.- Place in the oven for about 30 minutes until the chicken is little browned outside and raw inside. Turn it around and reinsert the chicken into the oven for about 20 minutes at the same temperature.
4.- After that, pour the water on the chicken. Raise the oven temperature at 230ºC/ 446ºF and let cook the chicken for about 10 minutes until the chicken is roasted.
5.- Remove it out from the oven, cut it and serve immediately.
