WHITE RICE WITH CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES

  • 2 tomatos

HOW TO MAKE THE RICE WITH CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES

Time needed: 50 minutes.

  1. First, prepare the garlic

    In a pan, put a small splash of oil to warm over a low heat. When it is hot, add the minced garlic cloves. Let them cook for a couple of minutes, enough to flavor the oil. The garlic should not be colored.

  2. Secondly, add some of the vegetables

    After that time, add the tomatoes, peeled and cut into pieces. Add the thyme and rosemary as well, and incorporate them with the rest of the ingredients. Let it cook another 5 minutes.

  6. Then cook the chicken breasts

    When everything is cooked, in a smaller pan and over a high heat, put the chicken breasts cut into bite-size cubes. You will need to seal them, in such a way that they take color on the outside, but inside they remain raw.

  7. Almost to finish, mix all in the casserole
