EASY PUMPKIN BREAD RECIPE

In North American, people make sponge cake to any ocassion. That´s why, today I bring this delicious pumpkin bread recipe. If you follow this recipe, with its amounts and steps, it’s almost impossible for you to go wrong it. You will get a very juicy sponge cake by inside.
INGREDIENTS for make a sponge cake:
- 4 eggs
- 3 oz sugar
- 7 oz cake flour
- 7 oz pumpkin
- Baking powder
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp of vanilla essence
- A handfull of chopped nuts (optional)
HOW TO MAKE THE PUMPKIN BREAD RECIPE
Time needed: 1 hour.
If you follow this steps, you will prepare a delicious pumpkin bread recipe in a simple way.
- At first, in a bowl put the eggs and the sugar
In a bowl put the 4 eggs. Break them a little with a whisk and then, add the sugar. You can use a white sugar or brown sugar, to your choice. Beat well all the ingredients to mix them.
- Add the oil and mix again
Then, add an oil jet. This ingredient will give a lot of juiciness to the sponge cake. Mix all the ingredients again.
- Sift the flour and the baking powder
Now, in the bowl put a strainer. Inside it, put the flour and the baking powder. Sift you to introduce them with the rest of the ingredients. Mix all the ingredients again to obtain a homogeneous mass, without lumps.
- Put in the bowl the rest of the ingredients
Afterwards, put in the bowl the rest of the ingredients: The pumpkin and the ginger previously grated, the chopped nuts, the tsp of vanilla esence, the tsp of ground cinnamon. Mix all the ingredients again.
- Pour this mixture in a mold for making sponge cakes
Pour all this mixture inside a mold for make sponge cakes. Previously, spread with butter the mold to prevent the sponge cake sticks in it.
- Place the mold in the oven
Place the mold in the oven preheated oven 356ºF, heat above and below. Let to bake for about 35 minutes, until we can introduce it a tooth stick and it exit clean.
- Remove the mold from the oven and serve it.
Finally, remove the mold from the heat and let to warm. Then, unmold and place it in a tray. Let here until the pumpkin sponge-cake allow to cool completely.
