NO BAKE PIZZA recipe
The no bake pizza recipe. a great way for who have no oven at home. crispy but fluffy pizza. The preparation is similar to a conventional pizza. The diference is that we are going to cook it in a frying pan.
INGREDIENTS for a no oven pizza:
- 150g wheat flour 5 oz
- 80-90ml of water 2,7-3 fl. Oz
- 5g, 0.17 oz fresh yeast or 2g 0,02 oz dry yeast
- a tablespoon olive oil
- a pinch of salt
NO BAKE PIZZA RECIPE
1.- In a bowl, put the dough ingredients. it’s better to add water little by little. At the end, the a mass should stick a little to the hands. If it’s too dry, the pizza will be hard once baked
2.- Knead for about 10 minutes.
3.- Make a small ball with the dough and put it in the same bowl where you did the mix. Cover with a cloth and let ferment for about 2 hours. Until doubled in size.
4.- Over time, remove the dough from bowl and crush slightly with your hands. The idea is to remove excess gas.
5.- Pour a small splash of olive oil on a good non-stick frying pan. Put the pizza dough in the pan and shaping it until coating all the pan surface. The thickness of the dough should not be too fat.
6.- Once shaped, put the ingredients on top. they are entirely optional but the photo are: a base of tomato sauce, grated mozzarella cheese, cooked ham and dried oregano.
7.- Place over medium heat. Cover it with a lid and leave about 20 minutes.
The result will be a no bake pizza, crispy on the outside but fluffy inside. there are no excuses If you have no oven at home!!
