NO BAKE LEMON CHEESECAKE PIE RECIPE

No bake lemon cheesecake. It is a different cake from others, because its flavour is like the yogurt of the same fruit, but it is more tasty. In addition, it is going to be made by yourself, so it will be more delicious. And you don’t need an oven to bake it, so you will have it fast. Here you have the recipe to prepare this no bake lemon cheesecake.

INGREDIENTS FOR 8 PEOPLE

  • 7 oz of biscuits
  • 0.7 oz of lemon leaf gelatin
  • 4 oz of butter
  • 17 fl oz of whipping cream
  • 9 oz of cream cheese
  • 5 oz of sugar
  • 5 fl oz of milk
  • Lemon zest
  • 5 oz of lemon or apricot jam

HOW TO MAKE THE EASY NO BAKE LEMON CHEESECAKE WITH GELATIN

Time needed: 4 hours.

Follow these steps to obtain the no baked lemon cheesecake:

  1. Mix the biscuits with the butter.

    In a beaker put the biscuits and crush them with a hand blender. Melt the butter and pour it in the beaker. Stir both ingredients with a fork, until them are well mixed.

  2. Place the previous mixture in a springform.

    Cover the springform pan with baking paper. Then, put the previous mixture in it. Spread it well with a glass or a spoon, to make sure that it will be well-tight inside the springform, without any hole.

  3. In a bowl, place the ingredients to make the fill of this lemon cheesecake.

    In a bowl put the whipping cream, the cheese, the milk, the sugar and the lemon zest. Afterwards, with a spoon, stir all the ingredients, until you get an homogeneous mixture. Then, reserve it.

  4. Prepare the gelatin of this lemon cake.

    In a casserole pour 8 fl oz of water, and let it bring to boil. When it is boiling, remove it from the heat, and wait for a minute, until it is warmed. Later, add the lemon leaf gelatin, and stir all.

  5. Mix the previous gelatin with the content of the bowl.

    When gelatin is made, pour it in the previous bowl, and mix all the ingredients, until get an homogeneous mixture.

  6. Put the mixture on the base of biscuits and butter.

    Place the previous mixture over the base of our lemon cheesecake. Then, put the springform in the fridge for about 3 hours or an entire night, until the cake solidifies.

  7. Aggregate the jam and serve it.

    Afterwards, take the springform out of the fridge, and add the jam over the cake. Ensure that it is well-extended. Remove the lemon cheesecake from the springform and finally, serve it on a dish.
