MUSTARD SAUCE CHICKEN BREASTS
Another way to preparing chicken breasts. In this occasion, with mustard sauce. Chicken is a very economical meat and you can make a lot of recipes with it. This recipe are very easy to make in few steps.
INGREDIENTS for mustard sauce chicken breasts for 4 people:
- 600g/ 21 oz chicken breast
- 200g/ 7 oz mustard
- 100ml/ 3.5 fl oz sour cream
- A little of butter
- 200ml/ 7 fl oz chicken broth
- Salt and pepper
MUSTARD SAUCE CHICKEN BREASTS RECIPE:
1.- Dice the chicken breast into medium cubes and season. In a pan, put a little oil over high heat. Then introduce the breasts. Cook them for about 2 minutes each side. The idea is to seal the pores of the chicken, keeping raw inside. Retire them from the pan and reserve them on a dish.
2.- In the same pan, put the mustard, the sour cream and butter. Mix all the ingredients with a spoon. Season and let cook over low heat over 5 minutes. Stir de mixture occasionally.
3.- Then put again the chicken breasts into the pan, with the mustard sauce. Add the chicken broth and let cook for about 10 minutes. Stir all occasionally.
4.- After that time, if sauce remains too liquid, let cook some minutes more. But if on the crontrary, sauce remains too dense, add a little of chicken soup and let cook few minutes more.
5.- When mustard sauce chicken breasts are totally cooked… It’s ready to eat!
Before to serve this mustard sauce chicken breasts, you can add some parsley to decorate the dish. Enjoy the meal!
