Fried ground chicken balls are very easy and quick to make. They will be made in about 30 minutes. And they’re very tasty. Kids will love them. In addition, these balls have a small “surprise” inside. They are filled with fresh mozzarella cheese. The ingredients to make these ground chicken balls are:
GROUND CHICKEN BALLS
INGREDIENTS for about 15 balls:
- 35 oz ground chicken
- 1/2 glass bbq sauce
- 1 mozzarella cheese ball
- 2 eggs
- bread crumbs
- salt and pepper
GROUND CHICKEN BALLS RECIPE:
1.- At first, in a bowl, put the ground chicken, season generously and add barbecue sauce wich will add flavor and some creaminess to the dough. Mix well with your hands.
2.- Take a small portion of the dough and crush slightly with your hands. In the middle, putting a slice of mozzarella and cover with another portion of the dough . Give ball shape and reserve on a plate, until you have finished making all the balls. They are the size of a golf ball. Or even a little smaller.
3.- When made, bread them. roll on flour. Later on beatten egg, with a pinch of salt and finally on bread crumb. With hands finish ball shaping and reserve on a plate, until you have breaded all the balls.
4.- Finally fry them in plenty of oil. The oil must be heat but not too much. After a few minutes when well browned, remove from oil and place them on absorbent paper.
In this simple way, you obtain some ground chicken balls. They are very tasty and very easy to make. You can garnish them with more BBQ sauce!
