FRIED GARLIC CHICKEN RECIPE
INGREDIENTS for 4 people:
- About 20 chicken wings
- 8 garlic cloves
- olive oil (you can also use vegetable oil)
- A tsp oregano
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 glass white wine
FRIED GARLIC CHICKEN RECIPE:
1.- At first, cut and season the chicken wings and the garlic
2.- In a large frying pan, put olive oil over low heat and then cook garlic in it. In very low temperature because we do not want to browned. Just to aromatice oil.
3.- After about 3 minutes, remove garlic from oil and reserve it on a plate
4.- Then, raise the power of fire and fry the chicken in the flavored oil. Fry it for about 10 minutes.
5.- When fried, add again the garlic and cook for about 15 seconds. Not more or it burns!
6.- Add a glass of white wine and let cook for about two minutes. The alcohol will be evaporate.
7.- Finally, sprinkle with a little thyme and rosemary.
