INGREDIENTS for 4 people:

  • 8 oz. noodles
  • 21 oz. fresh clam
  • An onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 14 oz. crushed tomato
  • 25 fl oz. fish broth
  • 1 tsp of sweet paprika
  • A handful of parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil

HOW TO MAKE CLAM AND NOODLE SOUP RECIPE

Time needed: 30 minutes.

If you follow this simple step, you will obtain a delicious clam and noodle soup recipe in an easy form.

  1. Stir-fry with the onion and the garlic clove.

    At first, in a casserole over medium heat, put an oil jet. When it is hot, add the onion and the garlic well chopped. Season and cook all the ingredients for about 10 minutes, while stirring them frequently.

  2. Add the crushed tomato to give more flavour.

    Then, add the crushed tomato. Season it and stir it to integrate it with the rest of ingredients. Cook all the ingredients for about other 5 minutes more while stirring frequently.

  3. Integrate the spices and the fish broth to stir-fry, to make the clam and noodle soup recipe.

    After that time, sprinkle all with some chopped parsley and the sweet paprika. Let to cook them for about a pair of minutes and then, add the fish broth. Raise the heat to high until it boils.

  4. Finally, cook the noodles and the clams.

    When it is boiling, pour the noodles. Reduce the heat to medium and let to cook them for about 5 minutes more or less. Then, add the clams and let to cook all the ingredients for about 3 minutes more, until the clams will open. Finally, add more salt and pepper if it necessary and serve it inmediately.
