STIR-FRY VEGETABLES WITH CHICKEN

  • One chicken breast
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • An onion
  • 1 tbsp of curry
  • 1 tsp of sweet paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil

HOW TO MAKE THE CHICKEN STIR-FRY

Time needed: 20 minutes.

We are going to make in a easy way the stir-fry vegetables with chicken following these simple steps:

  1. First, cook the chicken breast.

    In a non-stick pan put a little oil jet over high heat. When it is hot, season the chicken and diced. Add it to the pan and cook it for about 2 minutes, by both of its sides until it is browned. Then, place it in a plate.

  2. Fry the onion and peppers.

    Afterwards, in the same pan put the onion cut in thin slices and the green and red peppers diced. Season them and stir all with a wooden spoon frequently over high heat for about 6 minutes.

  3. Aggregate the chicken.

    When the vegetables are fried, add the chicken pieces again and also their juices. Cook them for 5 minutes, while stirring all the ingredients time to time.

  4. Finally, add the spices.

    When the chicken cooked, reduce heat to low. Aggregate the curry, the paprika and the cumin. Mix all with the wooden spoon and cook the ingredients for another 5 minutes. After that time, remove them from the heat and serve them.
