INGREDIENTS per person:
- 2 steak of chicken breast
- 1 slice of cooked ham
- 1 slice of sándwich cheese
- 2 eggs
- Bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper
CHICKEN BREASTS STUFFED WITH HAM AND CHEESE RECIPE:
1.- Season steak of chicken breast. (Buy steaks packed or it is possible cut them from a whole chicken breast).
2.- Cover a steak with cheese. Above, put a slice of cooked ham and top cover with more sandwich cheese. Finally put another fillet of chicken breast.
3.- Then, take chicken breast (that the filling does not come out and does not fall apart) and coat it with flour, after, with beaten egg (to which previously added a little of salt) and finally coat with bread crumbs. Let left it on a plate.
