A typical American dessert, brownie is a very easy recipe to make. Its ideal for chocolate lovers and you can found it in many restaurants in your city, but if you want to make this dessert in your home… follow this steps!
- 200g/ 7 oz dark chocolate
- 200g/ 7 oz butter
- 150g/ 5.5 oz sugar
- 3 eggs
- 125g/ 4.5 oz flour
- 125g/ 4.5 oz chopped nuts
- 1 tbsp vanilla
1.- Cut the chocolate and butter in small pieces and put them into a casserole. Heat them in a waterbath and let melt for about 5 minutes. Stir with a spoon until the ingredientes were melt completely. Remove from heat and let cool.
2.- In a big bowl, add the eggs and sugar and stir all the ingredients until get an homogeneous mixture. After that, add the mixture of chocolate and butter and the vanilla. Mix all the ingredients again.
3.- When the mixture get homogeneous, put a strainer over the bowl, put the flour and sieve. Then add the chopped nuts and mix all ingredientes.
4.- Spread with butter a square mold and sprinkle it with flour so that the brownie does not stick.
5.- Pour the mixture into de mold. Then, introduce it in the oven and let cook it over 180ºC/ 350ºF for about 25 minutes. You can check if it’s cooked, if you prick it with a knife and then the knife comes out clean. Finally, retire the brownie from the oven and serve it!
You can accompany the brownie recipe with a ice cream, syrup or cream, as you prefer. Make this dessert is very easy.
