Baked turbot with lemon. It´s a very easy recipe to make at home, because the oven will work for us. This recipe is very healthy because turbot has many proteins, vitamins and fatty acids. It is a fish that is appreciated by children and adults too. Let to see how to make baked turbot with lemon in few steps.
INGREDIENTS for 2 people:
- 2 medium turbots
- A pair of lemons
- 2 garlic cloves
- Fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
BAKED TURBOT WITH LEMON RECIPE:
1.- Chop the parsley and put it on a dish with squeezed lemon. Mix ingredients.
2.- In a oven tray, put the turbots previously cleaned (This step can be done in a fish shop at the moment you buy the turbot). In order to the turbots are more tastier, you can make a small cut on each one of them and introduce in them a slice of lemon. Bathe the turbots with the lemmon and parsley mixture and season.
3.- Then, place the oven tray in the oven previously heated over 180ºC/350ºF for about 20-25 minutes until the turbots are cooked, also inside them. After that, reserve them on a dish.
4.- Now, we are going to prepare a stir-fry. For that, in a pan over high heat put some oil. When oil are hot add chopped garlic cloves and let to cook for about 1 minute until they are browned.
5.- When the stir-fry are prepared, pour it on the turbots and… serve them!
A salad can be a great side dish for this baked turbot with lemon although would also be worth a good fries too. Try to make it in you home!
