Baked shrimp. It is a quick recipe to make at home and it is ideal for eat as snack or as appetizer. You only need 15 minutes for preparing this elaboration. If you want to suprise everyone, you can use shrimps for this recipe but also you can use another seafood. Lets see how to make this baked shrimp recipe with this simple steps.
INGREDIENTS for 4 people:
- 21 oz. raw shrimp
- 3 garlic cloves
- Fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Coarse salt
BAKED SHRIMP RECIPE:
1.- At first, we are going to spread a little of oil on a baking tray. Then, place the shrimp inside, in a row so that they share their juices while cooking them.
2.- Then, sprinkle over shrimp some garlic cloves and parsley all previously chopped. In this way shrimp will get the flavours of these ingredients. Afterwards, season and place the baking tray in the center of the oven preheated over 180ºC/ 356ºF heat above and below. Let to bake for about 5 minutes.
3.- After that time, remove the baking tray from the oven and turn each shrimp around to cook them evenly. Then, season and sprinkle with more garlic clove and parsley and place it into the oven again. Let to bake for about other 5 minutes for the other side.
4.- Finally, remove the baking tray from the oven and serve them on an individual dishes. Add some coarse salt to give more flavour to our elaboration.
