BAKED SALMON WITH SOY SAUCE RECIPE

Baked salmon with soy sauce. It is a very easy recipe to make, with a few steps to follow. In addition, it has soy sauce and sesame. These ingredients will give to this dish an special flavour. And neither of them have no gluten, so this recipe is suitable for people that suffer from gluten intolerance. Finally, this recipe has a small quantity of honey, to add some sweet flavour to this dish. Prepare this baked salmon with soy sauce with the following ingredients.

INGREDIENTS for 4 people

  • 1/2 salmon
  • 4 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of sesame
  • 2 tbsp of honey

HOW TO MAKE THE BAKED SALMON WITH SOY SAUCE

Time needed: 25 minutes.

Follow the steps below to get this baked salmon with soy sauce:

  1. Prepare the soy sauce for the salmon.

    In a bowl, put the soy sauce. Add the honey and the sesame. Then, with a whisk beat all the ingredients until you obtain an homogeneus dough.

  2. Place the salmon inside the sauce.

    When the ingredients are well mixed, put the salmon loins in the bowl, with the skin side down. Ensure that all of the loins are well-covered with the sauce. After that, let them to be marinated in the fridge, for about 2 hours.

  3. Place the salmon into the oven.

    Afterwards, with the salmon already marinated, take it out from the bowl and put it on a baking tray. Then, put it into the oven, preheated over 356ºF, heat above and below, and let it cook for about 20 minutes.

  4. Reduce the marinade sauce.

    While the salmon is cooking, in a casserole pour the rest of the marinade. Then, stir it with a spoon from time to time, for about 10 minutes, until the marinade is thicker.

  5. Pour the marinade sauce over the salmon loins and serve them.

    Afterwards, remove the salmon from the oven, and reserve it on a dish. With the previous spoon, pour the marinade over each loin, until there is no more marinade. Finally, serve them immediately.

And by this way you will get this baked salmon with soy sauce. A very healthy dish, without gluten. It takes some time to make the marinade, but the rest of the steps are very easy and fast to make. Enjoy this dish with your family and friends!
