This is a very healthy recipe. Baked hake with vegetables is a nutritious and low-fat food. The idea of this recipe is to cook the vegetables together with the fish and obtain a very tasty roast. Let´s to see how to make this baked hake with vegetables in a few steps.
INGREDIENTS for 2 people:
- 1/2 medium hake
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 potatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- Salt and pepper
BAKED HAKE WITH VEGETABLES RECIPE:
1.- At first, we are going to cut the vegetables. Cut the potatoes and tomatoes in slices for around 1/2 finger thick and the green and red pepper and onion in small strips.
2.- In a pan with plenty of oil, fry over mediun heat the potatoes for about 5 minutes. It is not about frying them until they are cooked, only half of them.
3.- At bottom of an oven tray put all the vegetables. Season them and on top, place the hake. Dip the vegetables and fish well with a glass of water and season the hake. Finished this step, wetting all with a little of oil.
4.- Place it in the oven previously heated over 200ºC/392ºF for about 20 minutes. Its the ideal time to cook the hake and be at its point.
