  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 2 oz grated parmesan cheese
  • The juice of a lemon
  • A handful of chopped parsley
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Oil

HOW TO MAKE THE BAKED CHICKEN THIGHS WITH CHEESE AND PARSLEY

Time needed: 1 hour.

Lets see how to make these delicious baked chicken thighs with cheese and parsley in few simple steps:

  1. Separate the chicken thighs from its drumsticks

    At first, separate the chicken thighs from its drumsticks. For it, with a sharp knife, cut them for their joints. In this way, you can cut them easily. If your prefer, you can let the entire thigh too.

  2. Bake the chicken thighs

    Then, put the thighs in a oven tray, upside down. Water it, season and put over it an oil jet. Place it in the oven preheated over 392ºF, heat above and below. Let to bake it there for about 30 or 35 minutes.

  3. Prepare the cheese and parsley sauce

    While it is baking, we are going to prepare the sauce what it will accompany the chicken. In a mortar, put a garlic clove cut into 3 or 4 pieces, the chopped parsley, the cheese, and the lemon juice. Crush all the ingredients until obtain a creamy sauce. It will be a little liquid.

  4. Bake the other side of the chicken

    35 minutes later, when chicken is browned, remove it from the oven and turn around each piece. Season the other side and put another oil jet. Place again the oven tray into the oven and let to bake another 30 minutes more.

  5. Finally, add the cheese and parsley sauce

    When it is baked, remove it again from the oven and permeate it well with the sauce that we had made. Then, baked it again for about 5 minutes more. Finally, serve it next to the sauce that has detached, in the bottom of the oven tray. And… ready!
