- 2 cans of tuna in vegetable oil

- At first, we are going to prepare the ingredients
In a bowl, put the romaine lettuce previously cut and cleaned. Clean also the tomatoes, cut them into wedges and place them above the lettuce.
- Then, add the avocados
Cut the avocados in 2 halves. Remove the stone and the skin from the each avocado. Afterwards, cut them into slices. Place the pieces of avocado in the bowl along with the another ingredients of the salad.
- Put the tuna and dress the salad
Drain the oil from the tuna and put this tuna in the bowl. Then, sprinkle all the ingredients with the lemon juice, some salt and a little of oil. Finally, mix all the ingredients of the salad and… serve it!
